Experience – Min 2+ years of relevant experience in sales coordination, Inside sales Executive or Telesales BDE or a similar role.
Skills & Job Descriptions
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge for preparing rough sketches and drawings.
- Prepare BOQs, quotations, cost estimates and sales proposals as per client and project requirements.
- Prepare rough sketches and basic AutoCAD drawings, as required.
- Coordinate client communication, follow-ups, negotiations and sales closure activities with the sales team.
- Coordinate with vendors to obtain BOQs, product specifications, features, pricing and requirement details.
- Liaise with interior designers, project managers, architects and other agencies involved in projects.
- Attend meetings with management and project teams and provide timely project and sales updates.
- Prepare client presentations and explain project requirements and proposed solutions.
- Coordinate the sales process from enquiry and quotation through project confirmation and handover.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, follow-ups, client communication and project status.
- Perform other sales support and coordination activities as assigned by management.
- Experience in Home Automation, ELV, Security, Audio-Visual, Electrical or related industries will be an advantage.
