Qualification – Degree in Engineering/Technology from a university established under a Central or State Act (or an institution deemed a University under the UGC Act, 1956), or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government.
Salary – up to 12 LPA – Depends on Interview/Personal Discuss and experience
Job Time – 09:30 am – 5:00 pm
Weekly off on Sunday and Second and Fourth Saturday
Experience – 10 years of relevant experience in technical teaching, training, supervision, or maintenance (Government/ Technical Teaching Institution, ITI Engineering, or private/ PSU/ industry), including administrative or leadership experience as Principal, Vice-Principal, Senior Instructor, HOD, or equivalent.

- Campus & Infrastructure: – Ensure safety and guide infrastructure maintenance & development.
- Stakeholder Engagement: – Build trust with students, parents, and staff; maintain strong ties with Trustees and regulators.
Additional Requirements
- Experience with government liaison and statutory compliance (DET, RDD, KSU, TEB, Charity Commissioner’s Office).
- Exposure to financial oversight — ledgers, procurement, grant utilization certificates.
- Familiarity with NCVT/SCVT norms, AITT processes, and institute affiliation/re-affiliation procedures.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and technology for efficient institutional administration and decision-making.
