Skills & Job Descriptions
- Search and participate in Government Medical Equipment tenders through GeM, CPPP, nProcure Gujarat, and other e-Tender portals.
- Prepare technical and commercial bid documents.
- Handle technical specifications, compliance documents, BOQ, EMD, and complete tender documentation.
- Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and internal teams for successful bid submission.
- Ensure timely online bid submission and post-bid follow-up.
- Experience in L1 creation, GeM Catalogue Publishing, e-Tendering, and Online Bid Submission is preferred.
- Experience in Government Hospital, Medical Equipment, Healthcare, or Diagnostic Equipment tenders.
- Strong knowledge of tender documentation, compliance, and bid preparation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PDF documentation.
