Skills & Job Descriptions
- To maintain plant machinery, utilities, electrical systems, solar system, and support daily manufacturing division operations to ensure minimum breakdowns, proper energy monitoring, and smooth production and dispatch activities.
- Plan and carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery, pumps, motors, agitators, compressors, panels, pipelines, valves, and utilities.
- Monitor solar energy generation and electricity consumption on a regular basis.
- Check UGVCL electricity bills, meter readings, power issues, billing issues, and coordinate for complaint resolution.
- Maintain records of maintenance work, breakdowns, solar generation, electricity consumption, and UGVCL-related matters.
- Take inward entries of chemicals, raw materials, packing materials, maintenance items, and other received goods.
- Verify inward material quantity with challan, invoice, purchase order, or gate entry and report any mismatch.
- Coordinate with production, stores, purchase, accounts, and dispatch teams for smooth daily operations.
- In the absence of the dispatch person, handle dispatch activities such as material checking, packing coordination, transporter coordination, and dispatch documentation support.
- Maintain minimum stock of critical maintenance spares and inform purchase department for requirements.
- Ensure safe working practices, proper PPE usage, housekeeping, and discipline in the plant area.
