Experience – Min 2 to 5 year Exp Service Engineer or Technical Service Engineer or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer or Field Service Engineer or Service Technician
Skills & Job Descriptions
- Mechanical & ELV system knowledge
- Carry out preventive maintenance (PPM) as per schedule.
- Attend breakdown/service calls and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure systems are operating in normal condition after service.
- Diagnose technical faults and identify root causes.
- Provide effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with customers for site access and permissions.
- Address customer concerns in a timely manner.
- Prepare service reports after each visit.
- Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and pending issues.
- Submit PPM reports on time to management/customer.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and supervisors.
- Support junior engineers when needed.
