- Assist in sourcing raw materials, packaging materials, and other supplies as per company requirements.
- Collect quotations, compare prices, and assist in vendor negotiations to ensure cost effective procurement.
- Maintain and update vendor database with pricing, lead-time, and delivery terms.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure proper documentation.
- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery and resolve any issues related to delays or quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary.
