Base Salary – up to 12 LPA – Depends on Exp/Interview/Skills
Experience – Min 10+ Years Exp required as HR Manager or Senior HR Executive or HR Generalist or Human Resources Head from Pharma/Chemical / Healthcare Pharma APIs (only relevant experience will be considered)
Skills & Job Descriptions
- Must have excellent communication skills in English.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to identify job requirements and create job descriptions.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Managing End to end Recruitment process in Pharmacy/Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient Industry
- Orienting new employees and training existing employees.
- Review holidays, leaves and absences and resolving discrepancies therein.
- Weekly HR Tracker & Monthly payroll report.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements governing HR practices, including but not limited to the Shops and Establishments Act, PF, ESI, Gratuity, and Maternity Benefit Act.
- Sourcing candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and making hiring recommendations.
- Managing the entire recruitment process, including offer negotiations and candidate onboarding.
- Ensuring that employees adhere to company policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.
