Experience – Min 3+ years of experience in CNC Programmer or CNC Machine Operator, Senior CNC Turret Punching Machine programming and programming or CNC Operator Karigar
Skills & Job Descriptions
- Design and develop programs for CNC turret machines to produce components as per specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to create accurate and efficient CNC programs.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and CNC programming languages.
- Experience in programming and operating Murata Machinery CNC turret punching machines will be a Plus
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC turret punching machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Optimize machining processes to improve efficiency, reduce cycle time, and maintain product quality.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to develop new products and improve existing ones.
- Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of CNC machines to ensure their proper functioning.
