Experience – Min 1+ years’ experience as Recruiter or HR Executive or US Recruitment Executive or Talent Acquisition or MBA HR Freshers with excellent communication may also apply or any International BPO/Night Shift Call Center/US Medical Billing
Skills & Job Descriptions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfortable working during US EST hours (night shift)
- Prior experience in BPO, EdTech sales, recruitment, or career counseling is a plus
- Engage with candidates via calls, emails, and video meetings to understand their career interests and skillsets
- Provide guidance on available job opportunities based on their experience and aspirations
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal recruiters or clients
- Maintain accurate records and candidate updates in CRM tools
- Work closely with the internal recruitment and sales teams to ensure candidate alignment
- Follow up with candidates’ post-interview and assist with documentation if needed
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email tools)
