Experience – 2 to 5 years of experience required as Store Executive or Senior Store Executive or Store Manager or Store Incharge
Skills & Job Descriptions
- Inventory Store Material Management Issuance & Dispatch Documentation & Coordination
- Receive, verify, and store incoming materials as per purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software.
- Implement FIFO method for issue of materials.
- Monitor and maintain minimum stock levels to prevent production delays.
- Issue material to production as per requisition/BOM.
- Prepare packing lists and coordinate dispatch of finished panels and spares.
- Ensure proper documentation during inward & outward movement of goods.
- Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note), MRN, Issue Notes.
- Maintain all store registers, ledgers, and ERP entries.
- Coordinate with Purchase for shortages or damaged material.
- Support periodic stock audits and reconciliation.
- Maintain organized storage with proper labeling and identification.
- Ensure electrical components are stored in dust/moisture-free environment.
- Implement 5S and workplace discipline in the store.
