- Overseaing all department like Operations/Plant proudction/Dispatch/Logistics/Procurement/Packaging/manpower planning
- Working exposure in Integrated Composite Textile plants led to improvement in technical aspects of improving productivity, quality and Health of machines.
- Woven/Knitwear/Daily wear/Denim/Night wear/leggings womens clothes – based on company segment
- Plan and execute the seasonal product development calendar.
- Looking after end-to-end management of mechanical maintenance department as per schedule and ensuring timely completion & delivery of work to management.
- Optimization of the process & machine parameters for achieving the desired performance & continual improvement of the product performance at the customer end.
- Investigating and solving plant problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems.
- Liaising with client departments, customers and other engineering and production colleagues.
- Analyzing various processes /applications & recommending process modifications to enhance operations.
- Working with other professionals in order to improve production facilities & reduce incidence of costly breakdown; developing strategies to improve overall reliability & safety of plant, personnel and production processes
- Knowledge of 100% Cotton, 100% Viscose, 100% Polyester, Polyester- Cotton, Viscose-Cotton Blends spinning processes.
