Job Descriptions
- Set up and calibrate CNC/VMC laser cutting machines according to job requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cutting errors, material defects, or machine malfunctions.
- Utilize CAD/CAM software to create and optimize CNC/VMC programs for laser cutting Machine operations.
- Conduct test runs to ensure program accuracy and machine functionality.
- Operate CNC laser cutting machines to cut, trim, and shape various metals.
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to optimize cutting parameters and maintain quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on VMC laser cutting machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
