- Proven experience working in accounts Payable & accounts receivable or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software QuickBooks
- Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or billing issues.
- Collaborate with the sales team to resolve any billing or payment disputes.
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and implement collection strategies as necessary.
