Skills & Job Descriptions
- We are seeking a qualified and motivated Chartered Accountant to join our Finance and Compliance team.
- The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, and investment accounting, while also contributing to the Company’s broader strategic and capital market initiatives.
- l Manage end-to-end accounting, finance, taxation, and compliance activities for the
- Company and its group entities.
- l Handle investment accounting and oversee share market-related transactions.
- l Prepare and analyze MIS reports and financial performance summaries.
- l Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities.
- l Ensure timely filing of tax returns, regulatory submissions, and statutory compliances.
- l Maintain accurate financial records using Tally ERP and assist in financial planning initiatives.
- l Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office applications.
- l Strong understanding of share market operations, NBFC regulations, and investment instruments.
- l Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
