- Provide guidance on available job opportunities based on their experience and aspirations
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal recruiters or clients
- Maintain accurate records and candidate updates in CRM tools
- Work closely with the internal recruitment and sales teams to ensure candidate alignment
- Follow up with candidates’ post-interview and assist with documentation if needed
- Achieve weekly/monthly outreach and conversion targets
