Property Business Development Manager

Skills & Job Descriptions 

- Make sure all the walk-in inquires by client in to be manage as per the define process.

- Make sure team is taking follow-ups with client at various stages and update the CRM.

- If require visit the property with client at various stage (from Sales to possession).

- Co-ordination between client and site maintenance team for smooth and satisfying client experience till final possession.

- Responsible for co-ordination with site maintenance / engineering team for any pending work regarding client property from to possession stage.

- To take the approval from management on any pricing deviation.

- Undertake periodic reviews of client property for pending work status. 

- Take part in any marketing events or property show decided by the management. (Like GIHED Property show, Times Property Expo.)

- On time daily/Weekly/Monthly reports to the management and analysis as per the need.

- Make sure to maintain a healthy relationship with all his/her clients. 

- Organize the training and make sure to attend training and other meetings as and when organized/required by the company.
